America Needs Babies Foundation (ANBF) exists to eliminate the economic hardships faced by pregnant women and families.

ANBF does not provide abortion services, referrals, or rides to abortion providers or facilities, and does not advocate medical decisions. We provide practical support so individuals can make informed, voluntary choices.

Our Path Forward

As God provides, ANBF is building a scalable, community-based support model in Cedar Rapids and surrounding communities that follows families beyond pregnancy.

  • Housing referrals and assistance

  • Early childhood education access
  • Transportation assistance for medical care, work, and school

We operate with integrity, accountability, and faith - guided by three non-negotiable principles:

  • Collaborate—do not compete—we strengthen existing organizations.
  • Grow responsibly—every step forward is guided by God: prayer, prudence, and provision.

Why We Exist

Abortion is often presented as a free choice.  In reality, many women experience it as the only option left. 

ANBF exists to change that equation by removing economic fear and restoring hope - so life is a real option.

All services are voluntary, and individuals may decline or discontinue services at any time.
