Free Pregnancy Support Services Available Now

America Needs Babies Foundation (ANBF) currently provides the following services to women facing an unexpected or difficult pregnancy.  We focus on removing practical barriers so women can make informed, unpressured decisions.

All services are voluntary and may be declined at any time.

What We Will Do Starting 1/15/2026
As we grow, ANBF will begin offering the following active services on January 15, 2026:

  • Free Transportation
    Transportation is provided as general assistance only and is not medical transport. ANBF does not provide emergency services or clinical care.
  • Warm Referrals to Trusted Partners
    We connect women with established local organizations that provide maternity housing, childcare resources, early childhood development programs, and programs for parents. We do not duplicate services already provided well by others.
  • Service Area
    Services are currently offered within 30 mile radius of Cedar Rapids. Exceptions may be considered based upon need and availability.

Long-Term Family Support Services

Our long-term goal is to address the economic pressures that often follow pregnancy - not just the pregnancy itself.

Planned future services include:

  • Housing Referrals & Assistance - Partnerships with local housing providers to help mothers secure safe, stable living arrangements.
  • Childcare Referrals & Support - Access to trusted childcare so mothers can work, attend school, or receive training.
  • Early Childhood Education Access - Connections to programs that support a child's development from birth through early school years.

Services are added only when they can be delivered reliably, ethically, and sustainably.
